FormForge is a free template library. We collect as little information as possible and we don't require an account to use the site.

Information we collect

When you visit FormForge, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information that every web server records: your IP address, the page you visited, the time of the request, your browser type, and the referring URL. These logs are kept for short periods to detect abuse and diagnose problems, and they are not used to build a profile of you.

We do not require you to create an account, submit your email address, or fill in any forms to use the templates on this site. There are no tracking cookies set by FormForge itself.

Third-party services

Google Docs. When you click "Use this template," you are taken to Google Docs, which is a Google service governed by Google's own privacy policy. We don't see what you do once you leave our site.

Advertising. Some pages may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar networks. These networks may use cookies to serve ads relevant to your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ad Settings.

Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are most useful, in aggregate. We do not sell or share individual analytics data.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect names, addresses, payment information, or any content from documents you create using our templates. The templates open directly in your own Google Drive — we have no access to them.

Your rights

If you live in a jurisdiction with data-protection rights (such as the EU or California), you can contact us to ask what information, if any, we hold about you, and to request its deletion. Because we collect almost nothing, the answer is usually "nothing personal."

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least seven days.
