By using Form Maker Lab you accept the plain terms on this page. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

What this site is

An index. It lists form numbers, titles, revision dates and posted dates taken from one IRS listing, and it links each record to the IRS's own PDF. The figures on a page are for information. They are not advice, and they are not a substitute for reading the form and its instructions.

Accuracy

Every figure on a page is copied from the record the page names, and the source line on the page says which record that is. Even so, the listing is retrieved on one date and the IRS changes it. The IRS is the authority for every form, instruction and publication; where anything here differs from the IRS's own copy, the IRS's copy is right. Nothing here is a guarantee of accuracy, and no page should be relied on as current beyond the fetch date it states.

No tax advice, no filing help

Nothing on this site is tax, legal, financial or accounting advice. This site cannot tell you which form applies to you, how to fill it in, when to file it or what happens if you do not. For that, use the IRS or a qualified professional.

Not the IRS

Form Maker Lab is not the Internal Revenue Service and is not affiliated with it, endorsed by it or acting for it. Links to irs.gov are provided because that is where the documents live.

Documents

No form, instruction, publication or notice is hosted on this site. Every document link points at the IRS's own file. Only titles, dates and links are republished, from a U.S. government work.

You follow the IRS links at your own risk and on the IRS's terms. This site is not responsible for the contents of irs.gov or for anything that happens on it.
