Privacy
Form Maker Lab is a static site. It is a set of files served to your browser. That shape decides everything below.
What is collected
Nothing by this site. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no contact forms, no comment forms, no newsletter and no mailing list. There is nothing on the site to fill in, which is why the only way to reach it is the email address on the contact page.
Tracking and analytics
There are no analytics scripts, no advertising scripts, no pixels, no cookies set by this site and no third-party scripts loaded from another domain. The pages carry no JavaScript at all. The stylesheet and the icons are the only files the pages load, and both come from this site itself.
Links to the IRS
Every record links to a PDF on irs.gov. When you follow one of those links you leave this site and the IRS's own privacy policy applies to that visit. This site cannot see what you open on irs.gov, and the IRS cannot see which page here you came from unless your browser volunteers it.
Server logs
The host serving these files may keep ordinary request logs, as any web host does. Those logs are outside this site's control and are not used by this site for anything.
If you write to the address on the contact page, your message and your address exist in that mailbox. They are used to answer you and for nothing else, and are not added to any list.
Changes
If this ever stops being true, this page changes with it. As it stands, the site collects nothing and tracks nobody.
